Scurvy is a disease caused by vitamin C deficiency that was once common among sailors and pirates who were at sea longer than fruits and vegetables could be stored. Symptoms include malaise and lethargy, followed by spotty skin, spongy gums (ew!!), and bleeding from mucous membranes. If you're suffering from spongy gums, Brazos can't do much for you, but if your Spring Break plans (or lack of them) have induced a little malaise and lethargy, Brazos will be providing a selection of exotic citrus all day to give you a boost while you browse. After all, prevention is the best medicine.
