Celebrated NASA astronaut, Terry Virts has spent more than 200 days in space and taken more photographs of Earth from above than anyone else.

In VIEW FROM ABOVE, Terry tells stories from his time in space, from his first trip leaving earth, “I had never seen that shade of blue before. It was as if I had been raised in a black-and-white world and I was seeing color for the first time,” to the day-to-day routine of living in space for months. Hundreds of photographs taken by Terry during his missions accompany each story. Each chapter includes a Viewfinder, a gallery of photos from his astronaut eye view of space stations life and the spectacular view of Earth and the cosmos that come with it.
