Edgar Allen Poe created the spooky story (and poem) during his short life. Tonight, in celebration of Halloween, Dean Turner peforms two classic tales.

Dean Turner has been acting in community theater for over 40 years, appearing in productions in Houston, Brenham and Galveston. He has appeared in many Shakespeare productions, including the roles of Bottom and Oberon in different productions of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Other roles include the title role in “Everyman,” John Smith in “Run for Your wife,” Brother Lawrence in “The Illuminati,” Moon in “The Real Inspector Hound,” and Deeley in Harold Pinter’s “Old Times.” He has performed Edgar Allan Poe favorites, Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” and Shakespeare monologues at libraries and schools for 10 years.
