A Reading by Elizabeth Lyons, Karyna McGlynn, Frances Justine Post, and David Tomas Martinez at Brazos Bookstore. Join us as we celebrate four years together in Houston: we've laughed, we've cried, we've almost combusted, but we will soon have our PhD's.

We are especially excited because this will be the Houston debut of DTM's HUSTLE and the Brazos debut of Justine's BEAST. And you never want to miss Karyna reading from I HAVE TO GO BACK TO 1994 AND KILL A GIRL and the scary good persona poems of Elizabeth.

ELIZABETH LYONS' poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Tin House, Indiana Review and Salt Hill. She has won fellowships from the Bread Loaf Writer's Conference, Vermont Studio Center and the I-Park Foundation, and has an MFA from Purdue University. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Houston and a non-fiction editor for Gulf Coast.
