Brazos Bookstore gladly takes returns on books damaged in shipping or defective gift items within thirty days of purchase. To initiate a return for web orders, please contact us by calling 713-523-0701 during regular business hours or by emailing returns[at]brazosbookstore.com. Please provide your order number when you contact us.
For in-store purchases, we are happy to refund your purchase within 30 days with receipt if books are in good, saleable condition. We offer store credit on returns with receipt up to 60 days. All merchandise must be returned to the store before any credit will be applied.
Magazines, calendars, stationery, sale items, and special orders are not returnable. Tickets and signed books are not returnable. Certain self-published and academic titles are also not returnable. A bookseller can help you with specific questions or concerns.
